Bladder and Bowel health problems are common and can be managed

Most people never give a second thought to their bladder and bowel function. But for the more that 4.8 million Australians who suffer with incontinence, bladder and bowel function impacts greatly on their quality of life. These problems won’t improve on their own. They can be treated, managed and in most cases resolved. Incontinence is not a condition to be embarrassed about: it is a very common problem. But it is not something you have to ‘just put up with’! Often specific pelvic health physiotherapy is all that is needed to manage and resolve continence and pelvic floor concerns.
